Lovely, clean apartments; perfectly located for visiting the centre of Munich via public transport! Check-in via the machine was easy, and we were called the morning of our arrival to check we had received the information in order to check-in. Inside the room, all the information we needed was there, however reception was open during the day in case we needed anything else. It was great for us to have the kitchenettes in our rooms, as we chose to have breakfast in the rooms each morning (made even easier by the well-equipped supermarket downstairs!), the fridge was an especially welcome amenity. It's great for transport links - we walked to the u-bahn each morning (around 10 minutes) and then it was an easy journey to Oktoberfest and the city centre. The apartments were easy to find, even though we arrived in the dark, and the parking is secure and convenient. Along the street, as well as the supermarket, there are two fuel stations with shops and a Burger King next door which is open until late. We had a balcony in one of our rooms, which was a lovely addition. Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn't enjoy it so much!

Everything! The 2-bedroom unit layout gave the children full comfort in what seemed like their own independent unit, unlike most layouts. The design and decor was attractive, with a large patio for a family meal outdoors. The bathroom was spacious and had many hooks, something most units lack. Just be careful when using the rain shower, you can easily mess up the bathroom floor. The kitchen had almost everything I needed for eat-in meals away from home whenever we felt like cooking. The 2 supermarkets and cafe just next door complimented the room absolutely. The Trudering s-bahn station was close enough and yet gave us some exercise in the 10-min plus walk. The city attractions were easily accessible with a short train ride. We arrived at midnight and had no trouble accessing the unit. It may seem complicated, but just follow the instructions closely and you will not have a problem. Check-out too was very simple. The reception is manned only until mid afternoon, but that wasn't a problem for us. We had a great stay and would come back the next time we're in Munich.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. The rooms (we booked 3) were very spatious, spotless, quiet and had many windows so you had a lot of natural light ,which i loved. You also had a fully functional kitchen. You have air conditioning, heating and the bathroom had a walk-in shower which i also loved. Bed was confortable, slept like a baby. Best of all, on the ground floor of the building you have a big supermarket (closed on Sundays) so you can get sandwiches, coffee, water and everything else you might need. Very convenient especially if you partied all night at Oktoberfest and you need a quick fix in the morning. The cleaning (except emptying the trash) is not done untill you check out but they do provide you with clean towels/consumables everyday. So don't expect someone will make your bed everyday. As for the location you have a 11 min walk to the S-BAHN. From there you can get anywhere in the city. ~17 min ride to central station. All in all i give it 10/10 would book again

The room was very nice, especially for the price! Good amount of space (we had a two bedroom room) with a walk through bathroom, a large balcony, and a kitchen (room #12). The cleanest rooms we've stayed in, in Europe yet. The exterior doesn't do the interior justice, it was right on top of a grocery store with fast food just down the street (which came in handy on a late Sunday check-in). T-Bone steakhouse is about 8-10 minutes away by car and was the best steakhouse we've had in years. A must try while staying at this rental hotel/Apts.

Since we travelled with a small child, it was great to have a kitchen in the room. Also the room was clean and nice. There was no personal when we arrived but it was not required since The online check-in was simple and straightforward. There are two markets under the hotel, so we could buy anything we needed. The kitchen appliences, and necessary tools were all present. You do not need to reserve a parking, the street nearby had empty space for us all the time.
